Seven Community Radio Stations for MCIT, Government of Ethiopia
WDF won a global bid to supply, install and commission seven 700W community radio stations across Ethiopia for the Ministry of Communication and IT. The project, executed in 2015, brought broadcasting to the most remote locations for socio-economic development. Covered by the Embassy of India in Ethiopia and Africabiz International.
Two Commercial FM Stations at Dhangarhi, Nepal
WDF established two commercial FM radio stations at Dhangarhi for Khatpad Radio, Nepal, extending quality broadcasting to listeners in the Far-Western Development Region of Nepal.
Cloud/Internet Radio for Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University
WDF provided a special internet/cloud/CRS-based education solution for remote learning during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling the university to continue delivering quality education to students across West Bengal.
Agriculture Knowledge Dissemination System (ANDS), Bihar
Under MOU with Rajendra Agricultural University (RAU) Pusa and Bihar Agricultural University, WDF designed and commissioned an ICT-powered network connecting agricultural scientists, KVKs and community radio stations to deliver actionable knowledge to farmers across Bihar.
